ParentalPrivacy.com is operated by Solvize. We provide educational privacy research and information for US parents. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
2. What Data We Collect
When you submit a form on this site, we collect your email address and, where provided, your first name. We also collect standard server and analytics data via Cloudflare and Google Analytics 4, including IP addresses (anonymized), browser type, device type, and pages visited.
3. How We Use Your Data
Email addresses are collected for the sole purpose of building a subscriber list for future privacy guidance updates and beta access to the App Privacy Checker tool. No automated emails are triggered by form submissions on this site. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties.
4. Third-Party Services

5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable law including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, or to request removal from our subscriber list, contact us via our Privacy Policy contact information.
6. CCPA (California Residents)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
7. GDPR (European Residents)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under GDPR including the right to access, rectification, erasure, and data portability. Our lawful basis for processing is legitimate interest in providing the requested resource.
8. Data Retention
Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics default retention settings (14 months).
9. Cookies
This site uses minimal cookies. Google Analytics sets performance cookies. No advertising or tracking cookies from third-party ad networks are used.
